今日は寺子屋クッキング2日目。 昨日から続いて登園した子ども達は、昨日と同じ動物のグループで顔馴染みの関係をより深く、 今日新しく来た子ども達は、寺子屋での新しい異年齢の友達とのかかわりを楽しんでもらえるように、 と今日もグループで活動しました。   そのグループで力を合わせてねじりパンづくり! ということで、計量や混ぜ合わせなど子ども達で手分けして行いました。 ボソボソになったり、ベタベタになったり…と、なかなかうまくまとまらない生地と格闘しながら、なんとかお弁当までに生地は完成! (当初はツイストドーナツのような形をイメージしていたのですが、最終的にはそれぞれが棒状に伸ばしたものをつなげて、なが~いヘビさんになりました)   IMG_3911  IMG_3912 IMG_3913   お弁当を食べた後はみんなでたき火の周りに集合! 「あったかい~」「煙がしみる~」とそれぞれの感想を口にしながら、バスの運転手の西川さんに手伝ってもらってねじりパンの仕上げです。 (先程作った生地は時間と人数の都合でオーブンであらかじめ少し焼いておきました) たき火で焼いたパンは外はカリッと、中はフワッとしたスコーンのような食感になり、子ども達に大好評! 今日はみんながたくさん作ってくれたのでおかわりの分も十分にあり、お迎えの時間ギリギリまでおやつを楽しむことができました。 お片付けの前には大きな虹のサプライズも!   IMG_3914 IMG_3910   またまた今日のレシピです。 ①ホットケーキミックス 300g に牛乳 100cc を入れてよくこねる。(3人分) ②手にくっつかない程度にまとまった生地を好きな形にしてオーブンで 180℃、10分焼く。 ③たき火の上に網を置いて、表面に少し焦げ目がつく程度焼いて完成!   今日で今年の寺子屋は最終日となりました。 来年からもよろしくお願いします。 皆様お体に気を付けて、よいお年を!
