「あったかい～」「煙がしみる～」とそれぞれの感想を口にしながら、バスの運転手の西川さんに手伝ってもらってねじりパンの仕上げです。
（先程作った生地は時間と人数の都合でオーブンであらかじめ少し焼いておきました）
たき火で焼いたパンは外はカリッと、中はフワッとしたスコーンのような食感になり、子ども達に大好評！
今日はみんながたくさん作ってくれたのでおかわりの分も十分にあり、お迎えの時間ギリギリまでおやつを楽しむことができました。
お片付けの前には大きな虹のサプライズも！
またまた今日のレシピです。
①ホットケーキミックス 300g に牛乳 100cc を入れてよくこねる。（３人分）
②手にくっつかない程度にまとまった生地を好きな形にしてオーブンで 180℃、10分焼く。
③たき火の上に網を置いて、表面に少し焦げ目がつく程度焼いて完成！
今日で今年の寺子屋は最終日となりました。
