両手を重ねて頭の上までピンッと伸ばし、足もまっすぐ伸ばすポイントをコーチに教えてもらい、更に気持ちを高めて頑張っていました。

「どんなことをするのかな？」とドキドキワクワクしていましたが、ビート板を使って、次はビート板なしで伏し浮きをしました。
腕や足をしっかり伸ばすこと、頭を水の中に入れることを教えてもらうと、一生懸命やってみようとする姿がありました。
