「水泳教室楽しみやなぁ～」「○○ちゃんと同じチームやな」と、様々な言葉が聞かれていました。
第１回の水泳教室に行き、いろいろな気持ちを味わった子ども達。チーム別に、今日の様子をお伝えします！
＜あかチーム＞
踏水会に付くと、早く泳ぎたくてたまらないあかチームさん。
今日は水平姿勢になり、伏し浮きをしました。
両手を重ねて頭の上までピンッと伸ばし、足もまっすぐ伸ばすポイントをコーチに教えてもらい、更に気持ちを高めて頑張っていました。
＜オレンジチーム＞
「どんなことをするのかな？」とドキドキワクワクしていましたが、ビート板を使って、次はビート板なしで伏し浮きをしました。
腕や足をしっかり伸ばすこと、頭を水の中に入れることを教えてもらうと、一生懸命やってみようとする姿がありました。
次回の水泳教室も楽しみにしている様子です。
＜きいろチーム＞
初めは顔をつけるのにドキドキしていましたが、回数を重ねる度に水に慣れ、水の中にフープを沈ませてくぐったり、
しっかり頭の上まで水の中に入れたりと、コーチの話も一生懸命聞いて頑張っていたきいろチームです！
＜みどりチーム＞
水がちょっぴり怖かったり、顔に水がかかるのが嫌だったり、ドキドキの始まりだったみどりチーム。
でも頭からシャワーをザッとかぶり、肩まであるプールの中に入ることができました。
水に慣れてくると、ワニ歩きで顔を水面に出して楽しんでいました。
まだまだドキドキしていますが、気持ちに寄り添いながら進めていきます。
